What exactly do you mean by “admin ownership”?
Admin ownership means we take responsibility for defined yacht admin and operational tasks end to end. That includes tracking, follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring tasks are completed, recorded, and accessible. We don’t just assist when asked. We own the outcome.
Is this the same as virtual assistant support?
No.
Virtual assistants typically complete tasks when instructed. We take ownership of agreed admin scope, manage follow-ups proactively, and remain accountable until tasks are closed. This is operational ownership, not task support.
What type of yacht operations do you work with?
We work with yacht management companies, captains, and shore-based teams where admin, documentation, and follow-ups are shared across roles and can easily drift without clear ownership.
Do you handle compliance?
We don’t replace compliance officers or provide regulatory advice.
We support the administrative and coordination side of compliance, such as tracking documentation, chasing sign-offs, and ensuring records are organised and accessible when needed.
How do you work with captains and crew?
We work alongside existing teams without creating extra noise. Communication is structured, responsibilities are clear, and we act as the admin owner so captains and crew aren’t pulled into follow-up loops or last-minute scrambles.
How is scope defined?
Scope is agreed clearly upfront. We define exactly which admin or documentation streams we own per vessel or operation. Ownership does not drift, and scope can be adjusted if requirements change.
Is this a short-term or long-term service?
This is designed as an ongoing ownership role rather than short-term support. Admin and documentation issues tend to be recurring, not one-off, and ownership works best when it’s consistent.
Who is this not a good fit for?
This is not a good fit if you’re looking for ad-hoc task support, hourly VA work, or someone to simply “help out when needed.” It works best where ownership and accountability are valued.
